Holy Return – A Golden Light Embodiment

A holy return—into the quiet center of your being. Where golden light meets breath, and presence becomes the doorway home. This transmission is a soft anchoring, a remembrance of what’s always been within you. Let yourself be held. Let yourself arrive.

Take a few moments to settle into this space, Allowing yourself to relax. And in this space, Just going to follow your breath as it moves in your lungs, Allowing them to fill up. And as you exhale, Just imagine all of the weight of everything that you've been carrying. The busyness of the day, Just imagine all of it falling away. You're breathing in this precious gift of life, Exhaling, Letting everything go, Allowing your body to soften, Allowing even your breaths to regulate automatically. This is a returning to yourself, Returning to that gentle and subtle vibration underneath all of the noise. And as your body softens, As all of the weight falls away, Just imagine this golden light pouring down through your crown, From above your head, And it's just pouring straight through your body, Straight through all the way through, Down your spine, Out your hands and your feet, All the way to the center of the earth. You're going to allow this to move through every cell of your body, Allowing it to fill up every crevice, Every space within you. You may feel pain or sensations moving through, Heat activations, Or even some level of resistance. And you're just going to allow yourself to be fully present in this moment now. And if these sensations increase, I would invite you to breathe into them, Leaning in fully, Not in releasing or surrendering to, But in allowing even more of you into each and every space within, Allowing yourself to soften through this process, Relaxing even more, Allowing every channel to open so you can fill up with even more of this light. And as you fill up with this, You may begin to notice this gentle hum or tingling in the body where everything is coming to life. And just bring your awareness to these sensations moving through you and acknowledging what no longer serves, Allowing that to just move out of you, Blessing everything that has served, For it has brought you to where you are now. And so in honoring each and every part of you, You allow even more grace to flow through. And we're just going to take a few moments to allow this light to settle in and to anchor in fully, Filling you up more and more, Allowing all the blessings, All of the wisdom, All of the grace of the divine to pour through. And as you, You are that divine expression and divine emanation of life itself. And as all of this moves through you and settles in, Filling you up, You're also going to let it move even beyond you into the space and the room around. You're not giving away your power. You are allowing yourself to be filled fully and then allowing even more to move through you and even beyond this gentle returning to the eternal truth of that divine expression into your present form, This golden sun, This eternal being. And for the next few moments, Allowing this to pour through you and to anchor in fully. This is the very depth and breadth of life itself. This expression and this fullness of being here and now with you, As you, As life. As divinity. Welcome home. Welcome to you. Here now, You are. Here now, I am. And so it is. And you can just slowly allow yourself to return back to your body. Gentle movements. Honoring this sacred return. This holy remembrance.
