In today's meditation,

You can imagine that you are laying by a beautiful flowing brook.

You can begin by just imagining the ground below you,

Supporting you,

All of your body weight.

From this place you can totally relax,

Unclench,

Let go.

Imagine it's a beautiful spring day and your body is laying on the grass just beside this brook.

You can almost sense a pillow under your head from the nice fresh green grass and perhaps some wildflowers.

Starting to let your breath just slowly soften and yet deepen as you hear the birds start to come through the space.

As you lay by this beautiful brook,

You start to tune into your feet,

Noticing each toe start to melt towards the earth,

A gentle vibration just moving through them.

And this vibration runs down the foot's arch into the heels and from this place,

Sensing both feet connecting to the earth and slowly letting that vibration from the feet start to move up the ankles.

Almost imagining a ray of light,

Perhaps rainbow colored,

Perhaps a gold or a silver wrapping around the ankles,

Allowing that vibration and light to wake up our ankles.

Beginning to bring that same light and energy,

Color,

Vibration up the legs and from this place of feeling your legs and your ankles and feet,

Taking a deep breath in and knowing that in this place,

Time is expansive.

So surrender,

Trust the beauty and magic of life.

Starting to bring your focus back to your body,

Bringing your focus onto your belly button and allow it to raise up to the sky and slowly back down to the ground.

And you can begin to imagine this warm sun emanating from your belly button and it starts to grow across your entire belly and up over your heart,

Over your solar plexus and into your shoulders and down your arms and into your fingertips,

Glowing outwards and as you breathe in,

Breathing that glow into your body,

Beginning to let your spine feel that same glow,

Let it shine through the entire back body,

One vertebrae at a time,

You can let it rise slowly and slowly up the spine,

Noticing your body really relaxing into the earth,

Aware of the grass that you're laying on,

Noticing the water,

And just allowing nature to ease your mind,

Ease your soul,

Beginning to let your skull soften along with your neck,

Into that pillow of grass,

Letting your eyes soften,

Your ears,

Every part of you has surrendered into the space,

You can just be right here,

Taking a few breaths to feel the gratitude of you taking this time for yourself,

Let these breaths stay with you,

Knowing you can return to this place,

It's a gift for yourself,

From this place if there's an intention,

Something you want to carry with you for your day,

Or perhaps bring into your sleep,

Breathing into your intention,

And as we come to a close,

To remember that this is now part of you,

And you can keep this with you close to your heart,

Sending you love,

Light,

And all the beauty and magic,

May it surround you.
