Moving awareness down your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
All the way to your fingertips,
All of this area of your body.
Is relaxing.
Feeling deep peace.
And deep relaxation.
Now moving awareness.
To your chest,
Your heart.
You're up there.
Deep inside the body.
Every cell in this area.
Is relaxing.
Releasing any energy that doesn't serve it.
Opening to the present moment.
Where all of the peace resides.
Gently moving awareness.
Down into your solar plexus,
Diaphragm and middle back.
All of the muscles,
All of the cells in the body here.
Are relaxing.
Letting go.
Feeling like you are floating on a cloud of peace and deep relaxation.
Moving awareness now.
To your hips,
Your belly,
Your lower back.
All the way deep inside.
Take a wonderful in-breath and as you breathe out Feel the muscles in your belly relaxing,
Your hips relaxing.
Deep peace is here.
Taking awareness down to your pelvis.
Relaxing.
Following your legs.
From the top of your legs down your thighs,
Your knees.
Calves and shins and ankles all the way to your feet.
Your legs and feet are completely relaxing.
Your whole body.
Is deeply relaxed.
Your nervous system is at peace.
Take a wonderful breath in and as you breathe out make your out-breath longer than your in-breath.
The signals to your nervous system that you are safe.
That you are supported.
And that you can completely relax.
Your whole being is deeply relaxed.
Take a wonderful breath in.
Gently bring awareness up to your closed eyes.
And when you are ready.
As you breathe out.
You open your eyes,
Coming back into your room,
Into your space,
With a very relaxed body,
Mind.
