I want to share a prayer on limiting beliefs.
I have these moments from time to time,
And when I do have those moments,
I remind myself to flip the script because I get to choose if I want to spiral down in those limiting beliefs or flip the script.
So there's a prayer I would like to share with you.
You can begin by getting to a comfortable seated space.
You can lay down.
You can stand up.
Just prioritize your comfort.
Dear Lord,
Today I release the limiting beliefs that have held me back for I know they are not true.
I trust that I am doing an amazing job and I have all the tools I need to navigate each day.
Thank you for the amazing things that are always happening in my life.
I know that I am deserving of good things and I affirm this truth deep within my soul.
I am so deserving of good things.
With a heart full of gratitude,
I thank you for it all.
Amen.
So I want to share this prayer with you in those moments when there are limiting beliefs.
Know that you are enough,
You are doing enough,
And you have enough.
Affirm that for yourself.
