Welcome.
I want for you to start by just making sure that you have time for yourself for the next,
You know,
Solid 15 minutes just to really give this time to focus on yourself and connecting in and growing that sense of gratitude.
Today we're going to be covering gratitude.
So settle into your seat,
Get comfortable.
Begin by closing your eyes,
Bringing the focus of your mind to your breath as you drop into your heart.
Connecting inward,
Taking a full inhale without straining.
Holding it for just a moment,
Letting it out nice and slow.
Another breath in.
Letting it out even slower.
Letting yourself release any tension or burden or stress that you're carrying.
Knowing that for this moment you are safe,
That you are okay and that you can give yourself permission,
That you can go in and connect in.
Giving yourself that time to be calm,
Relaxed,
And connected.
And as you let yourself come into this calm,
Relaxed state,
As you bring the focus of your mind to the sensations of your body.
Feeling into your skin,
Feeling into your spine,
Into your muscles.
Breathing into your muscles and spine.
And exhaling not just through your breath,
But through the pores of your skin.
Another breath in,
Breathing into your spine and muscles.
And as you exhale through your skin,
Pushing that energy outward,
Giving you that safe,
Neutral space.
And start to fill that neutral space with positive energy with both your breath and by pulling energy up through the bottoms of your feet.
Drawing this energy up through your legs,
Through your knees,
Through your thighs and your belly and your back.
Drawing it all the way up to your shoulders.
Feeling it start to build up through your fingers and your hands.
Feeling it build up through your wrists and your arms.
Mixing in your shoulders,
Swirling up your neck and your head.
All the way up to your crown.
And imagine this energy forming a ball at your crown.
And going upward in this ball of energy above your body.
Focusing on that intention of connecting by going up to connect.
Up to connect as you lift up through the room.
Going up and out through the sky.
Feeling yourself lift up away from the planet,
Going up beyond the solar system,
Beyond the sun,
Through the galaxy.
Going out through the stars.
Pushing up out of the physical universe,
Lifting through layers upon layers of energy.
Feel yourself lifting through a bright white light,
Feeling it flash through you and softening into that golden light.
Coming up through that thick liquid like energy,
Feeling it wash through your space as you swim up through it to its surface.
Pushing up into that sparkling pearlescent light.
Feel that light swirling around you,
Rinsing you clean.
Drawing it into your space with your breath,
Washing through your mind.
Clearing any stagnant,
Cluttered thoughts,
Distractions.
Letting yourself have this moment of connection.
As you feel this loving light swirling around you and washing through your mind,
Shifting your mindset.
I want for you to take this moment and look upon what has happened today.
From the moment that you woke up,
Going each moment by moment.
And not just looking at what you did or how you did it,
But looking at what each moment fulfilled.
That everything served its purpose.
All the way down to the simplest of things.
And how wonderful of an experience each thing was,
If it was good or bad,
Stressful,
Or fun,
Exhilarating.
Take a moment and appreciate what you got to experience.
That each thing fulfilled something.
How wonderful it is that you have clothes to wear.
How wonderful it is that you have water to drink.
That you had food to eat.
That you either had things that you did or that you didn't have an agenda and got afloat with your day.
Whatever it was that happened,
Looking for not just the highlights and the lowlights,
But all those moments in between as well.
That every moment was significant in its own way.
I want for you to seek it out.
Look for the purpose,
The opportunity,
The fulfillment,
And create that appreciation and gratitude.
For each and everything that happened today.
That everything that happened led you to this moment.
And that at this moment,
You are safe.
You're opening up to feeling connected.
That you are taking the time for yourself.
That no matter what happened today,
Today was a good day.
And if your mind drifts off,
Or tries to create an argument,
Just acknowledge those thoughts as limiting beliefs.
Seeing them as unwanted energy.
That it's just your instincts of trying to protect yourself rather than letting them go.
I want for you to use your breath and release any negative thoughts and feelings.
And come back to focusing on gratitude and appreciation.
That you can have gratitude and appreciation for even those thoughts.
Feel that energy coming into your mind with your breath.
Knowing that it is fulfilled.
And that you can move forward with this appreciation of life.
Feeling this,
Letting this into your space.
I want for you to draw this appreciation and gratitude inward into your belly.
Feeling it build in your solar plexus,
Giving you strength and empowerment to move forward.
Feeling it enter into your space with that sparkling pearlescent light.
Feeling that nurturing and love come into your space from the bottoms of your feet.
Tingling up through your ankles.
Swirling up through your calves.
Spiraling up through your legs.
Concentrating up each vertebrae of your spine.
Flooding through all of your organs.
Drawing it up through your hands and your wrists and your arms.
Feeling that gratitude and appreciation for the experience of your body.
As it floods up through your shoulders,
Swirling up your neck and your head.
Feeling it build all the way up to your crown.
And then open your eyes.
