Do a little wiggle of the body.

Happy space.
We're going to do it with a loose set of muscles.

What do you see that needs your attention now?

Go to that space,
Walk over there,
Feel your feet touching the ground,
Your toes making contact,
And then also feel your toes leaving and your feet rising to take the next step.
As you walk to this first point of attention that needs your awesome ability to clean and organize,
Just see how your arms extend forward and what parts of your body you're using to connect with this space.
Is your energy feeling heavy?
Are your hands moving really fast?
Are you speeding through this moment?
Or are you going super slow and aware of what's next?
Sometimes our mind is faster than our body,
But of course the body can move just as fast if we really want it to.
