I heard you want to settle into sleep.

So find a comfortable position in your bed and let your body sink into the mattress,

Feeling its support beneath you.

This is your sleeping,

Resting,

Napping meditation.

Close your eyes gently,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it flow out through your mouth with a soft sigh.

Feel the day releasing from your body and bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the cool air and the warm air leaving.

You don't need to change anything,

Just observe how the air moves in and the air moves out like gentle waves on the shore.

Bring your awareness to your head,

To your chest,

To your hips,

To your knees,

To your feet.

Allow them to become softer and more relaxed.

Feel your body warming.

Feel your belly rising and falling with each breath.

Feel your jaw relaxing.

Feel the space between your brows settling.

As you take in deep breaths,

Allow yourself to release all the tension from head to toe.

You are now wrapped in a warm,

Lovely,

Relaxed state.

You are safe.

With each breath,

You drift deeper into your napping,

Resting,

Sleeping state.
