Take a moment to gently close your eyes and as you bring awareness towards yourself,
Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Take this time to bring your awareness inward.
Notice your breath,
Steady and calm.
Now bring your attention to your heart space.
Imagine a soft light there.
With every inhale,
The light grows a little brighter.
With every exhale,
It expands through your body.
This light represents your inner strength,
Your wisdom.
It has always been there,
Even in moments of doubt.
Silently repeat,
I trust myself.
Feel the words settle into your body.
I trust my decisions.
I trust my path.
Notice if any resistance comes up and just observe it without judgment.
Return to your breath and the light within.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to stay connected to yourself.
Let this feeling of trust expand into your thoughts,
Your actions,
