Welcome to today's guided meditation.
Today we focus on allowing ourselves to accept and let go.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle,
Gently closing your eyes if that feels good.
Take a slow deep breath in and a complete breath out.
Again inhale deeply,
Exhale letting your shoulders drop.
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Notice any areas that feel tight,
Heavy or uncomfortable.
Without trying to change anything,
Just observe.
And gently say to yourself,
This too is allowed.
Notice if your mind is holding on to something,
A thought,
A worry or a situation.
Instead of pushing it away,
See if you can just sit beside it.
Like watching clouds pass in the sky.
Let's repeat softly in the mind.
I allow things to be as they are in this moment.
I allow things to be as they are in this moment.
Feel what happens in your body as you say that.
You don't have to fix,
Control or solve anything right now.
Just focus on your breath.
Inhaling slowly and exhaling completely.
If resistance comes up,
Notice it without judgment.
And again gently remind yourself,
It's okay to feel this.
Now bring one hand to your heart.
Take a slow inhale.
And a long exhale.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale completely.
Let go just a little more with every breath.
As you exhale,
Feel your body and your mind getting lighter.
Getting more relaxed.
And just rest here for a few moments.
Without trying to control anything.
And just focusing on your breath.
Now slowly bring awareness back to your breath and your body.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Today,
Carry the sense of allowing,
Of acceptance with you into the day ahead.
