Good morning breath.
Today I'm grateful for all of the abundance.
And prosperity.
And happiness that's already here in my life.
This meditation will help you to connect to what you are most grateful for.
And start your day off with a sense of gratefulness.
And happiness.
Together,
Let's take a deep breath in.
And release it.
Breathing in I acknowledge that I am alive.
Breathing out,
I am grateful for this breath.
Breathing in,
I acknowledge that I am here and now.
Breathing out,
I am grateful for this day.
Feeling the breath as it enters your body,
Breathing at your own pace.
And feeling the breath as it leaves your body.
Gently breathing in and out.
Taking your first breaths of this day.
In gratitude.
Before you even open your eyes.
Begin the day.
In a moment,
You'll be able to attend to whatever tasks it is that you think you need to do.
But right now we can just Breathe.
Feeling the gratitude for this breath.
This day.
If it feels comfortable for you,
You can place a hand on your heart or your loving awareness in your heart space.
Allowing the breath to open you.
To new space,
Deeper breath into the heart space,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And allow in your heart mind the question to arise.
What can I be grateful for today?
What can I be grateful for today?
And in your heart,
Mind,
You can begin to list.
All of the things that you have to be grateful for,
Starting with this breath,
Breathing in,
I know that I am alive.
Breathing out,
I am grateful for this gift.
And as the list unfolds of people and places.
Experiences.
Possessions even.
Allow a smile to be born on your lips.
As an offering to all of these beautiful things that sustain you.
And keep you in gratitude.
Feeling the warmth of gratitude.
Feeling the lightness.
The space and the freedom.
Of what it feels like.
To already have all that you need.
To be happy.
All the conditions for happiness are right here in this moment.
In this breath.
Breathing in,
I know I am alive.
Breathing out,
I am grateful for this gift of life.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to the breath as it enters.
And leaves the body.
Offering gratitude for this body.
That allows you to perform the tasks and the calling of your life.
Gratefulness for this practice.
Gratefulness for your wise heart who's come along on this journey of gratitude.
Opening you up to more and more.
Gratefulness for the fresh,
Clean water that sustains our life.
And all life on earth.
Gratefulness for the Earth herself.
Who holds and cares for us.
Breathing in,
I know I am alive.
Breathing out,
I'm grateful for this day.

Deep nourishing breath in.
