Surplus leads to surplus and loss leads to loss.

What are you accumulating in your life?

What direction are you heading in?

For your future is currently being decided by your tendencies.

If you were to sit in clinic for a few years and you see people come in,

It is sometimes obvious the direction that a person is heading.

Those people that may have some mental health problems.

Many a time it is obvious from an outside perspective to see that those issues have arised from incorrect thinking tendencies.

That somebody is seeing the world incorrectly and those negative thoughts and negative tendencies over many years accumulate and take one in a certain direction.

Physical health is no different.

It is the same with those people who are consistently eating refined sugars or refined carbohydrates.

Their negative tendency here is accumulating day in,

Day out,

Day in,

Day out.

Until eventually they have burnt out their pancreas and the pancreas is no longer able to produce insulin.

We can also see this on a physical and structural level where you watch the way people sit on a chair with a spine that is never straight,

The lower back is gapped and they sit in a C posture while they use their phone.

You also see this with recliner chairs where one doesn't sit straight or use their back muscles to sit up by which over many years the back muscles become weak and the spine can no longer hold itself straight up by which gravity starts to slowly wear away the discs.

All these things are examples of tendencies that are accumulating and taking one in a certain direction in their life.

So if you want transformation and by transformation we mean something big as opposed to change which is something small you need to therefore change your tendencies and habits for it is only by changing your tendencies and habits that if you're going down the road of loss leading to more loss that you are able to do a u-turn.

As you are well aware when you drive a car that u-turn is always something extremely large and obvious.

Therefore if you wish to make transformation in your own tendencies and in your own life the change of those tendencies tend to be something very obvious and quite dramatic.

I hope this short lecture has aroused your own curiosity to take a look at your current tendencies and make sure that those tendencies are taking you in the direction of health and happiness.
