Meditation Timer OnlineMonique Schubert, MFA, E-RYT 500, is a visual artist and yoga teacher with over 25 years’ experience studying and teaching art, yoga and meditation throughout the New York/New England area. She offers workshops and trainings to mentor others on the path to becoming the teachers they aspire to be. Through her work with educational and cultural organizations like the Studio Museum in Harlem, Socrates Sculpture Park and the NYC Department of Education she has created engaging and transformational experiences for young people and adults. Monique sees life as an extended project to make the world a kinder and more beautiful place. She uses the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and creativity to inspire, educate, and connect, and is committed to sharing these practices in various formats, including in-person and on-line events. For 2026, Monique invites you to meditate with her here on Insight Timer. The focus will be on the practice of Metta Loving-Kindness, with the intention to foster balance and harmony within so that it may be reflected in the world around us.
