Welcome back.
The unknown.
What is the unknown?
After years of practicing meditation,
Sitting in silence,
And journaling,
My understanding is the unknown is from where we all come.
When we take form into the physical body.
Unknown is also the place where we all,
Eventually,
Dissolve in two.
When we leave the physical body.
Everything in between.
It's transitional.
Changes.
Impermanent.
The unknown is immortal.
The unknown is the space.
In the gaps.
And we can all access that.
As long as we are able to sit with ourselves.
In silence.
What happens during silence?
We observe our thoughts for what they are.
We detach.
From our minds and we observe them,
The thoughts,
And our mind.
Objectively.
And we sit with ourselves in stillness We see our thoughts for what they are.
Just thoughts.
Just like clouds in the sky.
That keep passing one after another.
We botched them.
You see them.
They pass,
And we are still here.
When the spirits sit with ourselves in silence and stillness,
We notice the gap.
The gap What is the gap?
It's the space.
Between the tarts.
In the beginning,
You might just notice the gap for a second.
Millisecond.
Just for a second.
Millisecond.
As you continue to stay with your stillness.
Consistently.
Regularly.
You might see more gaps.
And eventually over time,
And it depends on person to person.
The gaps,
Come more frequently,
And they can also last longer,
Which means if it was for a millisecond or a second.
You might notice the gap for a couple of seconds.
Few seconds.
And with sustained long-term practice.
You learn to rest in the gaps more often,
And the gaps become bigger and bigger and bigger.
Until you find yourself in those gaps.
And that happens.
You access the unknown.
Why is it important?
First of all,
The unknown is something that you cannot.
Access with your sense organs.
If you are trying to access the unknown with your sense organs,
Then.
.
.
You're not going to go anywhere.
Because the sense organs Help us perceive the world around us.
Through sights,
Smells,
Hearing,
Touch,
Taste.
Unknown is beyond the five senses.
And why is it important to access the unknown?
Because the unknown is where you will find the answers to all your suffering.
The unknown is where you will find ultimate freedom.
From daily striving,
Struggles.
Of course,
We do have to get up in the morning.
We have to show up in the world because that's the form we are in.
We have to show up.
As long as we're living in this physical body,
It's our responsibility to take care of the body,
Keep it healthy.
And of course,
We live in a world where we have some laws.
Some rules.
That we have to follow.
But we can do all of that without.
Attachment.
Or the versions.
They move through life effortlessly.
Once we access the unknown.
We find ourselves complaining less.
And feeling more gratitude.
For all that is.
Once you access the unknown,
You find compassion for yourself.
All the years of self-loathing.
Negative self-talk,
Toxic.
Thinking patterns and behaviors.
All those things recede.
You see them for what they are and you realize why you were doing them.
You find compassion for your physical body.
That works so hard from the time you wake up until you go to bed.
It shows up in all ways.
All different kinds of ways that you want it to show up.
I've done that.
I belittled my body,
Thought negatively about my body.
And the body is always listening.
The body is always listening.
How we speak to ourselves.
Our bodies,
Our cells,
There is a memory there.
But once you access the unknown,
You just realize,
You see how differently you look at yourself,
How you treat your body.
With kindness,
With compassion,
With love.
Faction.
Acceptance.
You do not need any external validations anymore.
You do not need to seek.
Any kind of Fix.
For something that was never broken.
You accept.
The beautiful unfolding of life.
Age,
Wrinkles,
Greys,
The ebb and flow.
Life.
Wouldn't you want that for yourself?
I wanted that.
So I did the work.
Through this.
Talk.
Podcast I'll be sharing with you the many different ways.
That I access the unknown.
I'll give you breadcrumbs.
Many bread crumbs.
And you can pick one that.
Thanks for your.
Pursue your lifestyle.
Resonates with you deeply.
But the bottom line is.
.
.
How bad!
Do you really want to free yourself?
Also.
You have to believe.
In your gut.
That there has to be a deeper meaning to life than what?
We see in our parents,
Grandparents,
Generations,
Society.
And this is how it's supposed to be.
We get up,
We go to school,
We are born.
You grow up,
You learn a culture.
Certain way of lifestyle,
You go to school,
Go to see what kind of faculties,
Degrees,
Get a job,
Get married,
Have kids.
Work,
Save for retirement,
Get old,
And die.
If you believe in that,
Then this podcast is not for you.
But if you believe in your gut.
What is my purpose?
Is this all we are supposed to do?
All of us human beings,
Then there is no difference between us and animals.
We have brains that have evolved.
We have created wonderful things on this planet.
We have also used our abilities mental abilities to destroy this planet in many different ways but that's a different concept that's a different topic But there is more to life.
Than what we have learned from our peers.
Ancestors,
From society,
From our tribes,
From our culture.
And if you believe that there is more.
.
.
Then keep listening,
Keep tuning in because you will find.
Some breadcrumbs that might resonate with you.
You already know it in your gut.
You might hear it here or you might hear it somewhere else.
But it will resonate with you.
That is what exactly I did.
I knew in my gut there was more to life than what I see,
What I believe,
And I knew this since I was.
.
.
14,
This is something I didn't share in my first episode,
Is that when I was 14 years old,
I was watching my parents in their late 30s and early 40s.
And I was watching Grey's on their hairs.
And I could see some wrinkles and I could see them kind of complaining about joint pains and stuff.
And I'm looking at them and I'm thinking and I remember this very,
Very clearly sitting in my.
On my front porch,
My dad had a beautiful swing,
And I was sitting there just wondering,
Is this all there is to life?
That was the question that came up.
You go to school,
You get education,
You work,
You get old,
And then you die.
Or is there more to it?
That question did come up to me,
But I didn't know.
How to answer that?
I didn't know where to find the answers,
So I just let that question recede into the background until it came back.
When I started my own personal healing journey.
So I knew it in my gut.
Very young.
And now I know the answers to that.
That there is more to life.
Than what we perceive through our sense organs.
The answer is in the unknown.
Your answer is in the unknown.
My answer is in the unknown.
Everybody's answer is in the unknown.
The answers are not on any kind of podcast.
You're not going to find the answers in any book.
You have to access the unknown to find the answers for yourself.
The thing is that we live in a society where everybody wants the quick fix.
Everybody wants the answers now.
Nobody wants to do the work.
If you want to access the work,
Access the unknown.
You have to put the work in.
You have to sit with yourself.
You have to sit in silence.
You have to get uncomfortable.
You have to peel the layers.
The layers of beliefs.
That you have ingrained.
Through your family,
Through your cultures,
Through your.
Countries,
Through your race,
Through whatever.
Because remember,
All these cultures and societies and families and everything is made up of people just like you and me.
Who have been living.
A life of ingrained beliefs themselves.
So nobody has really.
.
.
Access the unknown.
And they just pass on beliefs from one generation to another and we just pick up on them and we continue like that.
I didn't want that for myself.
I wanted to be free.
I wanted to dismantle all these beliefs that were controlling my life for so long and I was Miserable.
I was claustrophobic.
I was suffocating.
I was dying every single day.
I didn't want that for me.
I wanted to be free.
So I did the work.
And I know you can do it too.
So keep listening in.
If this resonates with you.
If you are ready.
To access the unknown.
Continue to listen.
I will share with you all the experiences,
The breadcrumbs I've been through and how I kind of reflected on them.
I hope nothing but peace,
Love,
And freedom for you.
Blessings.
