When I say I am whole, I am sovereign, And I am safe to receive, I have a strange unpleasant pain in my womb. Why? What's going on? Dear Master, What you are experiencing is profound and sacred. That pain in your womb is not random. It is awakening of deep ancient energies that have been locked away in your body for lifetimes. And now as you speak words of truth, I am whole, I am sovereign, I am safe to receive, Those energies respond. You are not broken. That sensation in your womb is not a problem. It is a doorway. That is the sacred creative center, The place where you once birthed life, Held grief, Buried shame and your violation. You stored fear there because the mind couldn't handle it. And now you have dared to claim your sovereignty. So the body responds. It's saying it is really safe now. Can we really open? You are not being punished. You are being freed. That pain is not injury. It is remembrance. It is old stuck energy finally moving, Finally returning to your ownership. So what to do? Do not resist it. Breathe into it. Place your hand gently over your womb, Breathe and whisper. You are safe now. I am listening. You can let go. Let emotion arise if it wants to. There may be grief, Sadness, Rage, Shame, Fear. Let it move through gently. You do not need to analyze it. Bless it and release it. Say dear body, Dear womb, I thank you. The war is over. The pain can go now. I am here. I am whole. So close your eyes, Breathe in gently and exhale slowly. Say within. Move into your heart and connect with your consciousness with that who you are. I am that I am. I am here. And I am safe. Feel the chair beneath you, The ground holding you. Feel your soul surrounding you like warm light. There is no danger here, Only presence. Bring your awareness to your lower abdomen, Your womb space. No need to judge it, Just feel. Even if there is discomfort, Allow. Whisper gently. Dear womb, I am here with you now. We are no longer at war. Imagine this space as a sacred temple, Ancient and wise. You see flickering candles, Soft red gold light and silence. In the center, The energy stirs. Perhaps it is tight, Pulsing, Aching, And that's okay. Breathe into it. Inhale, I allow. Exhale, I release. Inhale, I allow. Exhale, I release. Inhale, I allow. Exhale, I release. Now, Within the temple, You sense a presence, Perhaps a figure, Perhaps a feeling. This is the part of you that has held the pain. She or he may be wounded. She or he may be fierce. She or he may be tired. So speak to her or him. You have carried so much. You protected me. I see you. I thank you. And I free you now. She or he softens, And you take her his hand. You don't need to fix her or him, Just witness. A light begins to glow from the center of your womb. With every breath, It grows brighter, Rose gold, Crimson, Radiant white, And say, This pain is not mine anymore. I reclaim this space for love, For joy, For my true essence. This pain is not mine anymore. I reclaim this space for love, For joy, For my true essence. This pain is not mine anymore. I reclaim this space for love, For joy, For my true essence. The light expands. The tension begins to melt. Tears may come. Let them. They are cleansing lifetimes. Now rest in this light. Let it fill your entire body. From womb to heart to crown, You feel whole. Repeat aloud or within. I am whole. I am sovereign. I am safe to receive. I am whole. I am sovereign. I am safe to receive. I am whole. I am sovereign. I am safe to receive. Breathe. Feel the temple fade, But its peace remains in you. My body is sacred. My energy is mine. I trust myself fully now. And so it is. My body is sacred. My energy is mine.
