Her education and professional background is in Psychology and Social Work, with accreditations in Mindfulness Teaching, Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. When she is not guiding and supporting people on their life transformation journey, she spends her time caring for her family and 3 pooches, exploring nature and travel, working on her own personal development and healing, and immersing herself in mindfulness practice through meditation, yoga, photography and beautiful Cacao.
