Welcome to this guided meditation with Plant Alli Dandelion.
Close your eyes gently and bring your awareness to your breath.
Slow inhale,
Soft exhale,
Allow your body to settle,
Your shoulders to soften.
Your jaw to unclench.
Now imagine yourself standing in an open fjord.
The air is light,
The sky wide,
And all around you dandelions are growing freely.
Golden flowers and soft white spheres tied by side.
Nothing hidden,
Nothing erased.
Walk slowly into the fjord.
There is something quiet here,
Something honest.
Dandelion does not pretend to be untouched.
It does not hide where it has broken or where it has changed form.
It blooms,
It transforms,
It scatters,
And it begins again.
Sit gently among the dandelions.
Notice one plant in front of you.
At its base you see the roots,
Deep,
Persistent,
Growing even through hard ground.
This is a plant that survives,
A plant that heals,
A plant that uses everything it has lived through.
Bring your awareness inward.
There are parts of you that have been wounded,
Moments that shaped you,
Experiences that left marks.
You may have tried to move past them,
To forget them,
To soften their presence.
But here,
With Dandelion,
There is no need to hide.
The blood synergy gently whispers.
Your wounds are not separate from your path.
They are part of how you grow.
They are part of how you see,
Feel,
And understand.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to acknowledge,
Without judgment,
Something within you that has been hurt.
No need to analyze it.
No need to fix it.
Just let it be seen.
Now imagine that same part of you as a younger version of yourself,
Your inner child.
Perhaps they are quiet,
Or confused,
Or simply waiting to be noticed.
Gently approach them.
Sit by them,
Just as you are sitting among the dandelions.
You don't need the perfect words.
Your presence is enough.
The fjord holds you both.
The dandelions around you begin to shift,
Them turning into soft,
White seeds.
Light,
Fragile,
Ready to be carried.
One by one,
The seeds begin to lift into the air.
With each breath,
They carry something away.
Not erasing the wound,
But softening its weight.
Transforming it.
The energy of dandelion whispers again.
Healing is not the absence of wounds.
Healing is what you create from them.
Feel that truth in your body.
Your wounds have shaped your awareness,
Your sensitivity,
Your depth.
They are not just something you carry.
They are something you can work with.
Something that can awaken you.
Stay here for a moment.
Breathing,
Witnessing,
Allowing.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
Slowly.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Now,
Gently return and open your eyes.
Bring with you the quiet strength of dandelion.
The wisdom of your own healing journey.
And the soft presence of the part of you that is still learning to feel safe.
