This meditation is designed for you to find the home within.
To allow yourself to come back to your home base.
Regardless of where you are and what is happening outside of you.
This is the time to come back to you.
So I invite you to find a comfortable spot.
Ask your body where does it feel the most comfortable right now.
What position would it like to be in?
It may be sitting up with your feet connected to the ground.
Or it may be laying down on your back or on your side.
Listen to where your body wants to position you.
As you settle in to your comfortable space.
We're going to take three Persian breaths.
Inhaling through the nostrils,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Counting you in.
Inhaling for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhaling for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale through the mouth.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
This last Persian breath,
I want you to exhale with a sound.
Counting you in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the breath at the top.
Exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Letting out anything that does not serve you at this moment.
Releasing it to Mother Earth.
Now tell your body it's safe here with you.
Allow yourself to soften.
Even more into the position that you've chosen.
Allow yourself to soften.
Allow yourself to soften.
Bring your mind's eye into your body.
Pick an area in your body that feels soft,
Safe,
And secure.
We're going to gently observe this space.
Without any judgment.
Does this space have a color right now?
Tap into the color.
Does this space have a shape?
Tap into the shape.
Does this space have a texture?
Is it smooth or is it rough?
Tap into the texture.
Does this space have movement?
Is it still or is it vibrating?
Tap into the movement.
Is this space big or small?
Allow yourself to be here.
Without any agendas.

Inviting you to bring in some restorative breath into this space.
Into this frequency.
Inhaling through the nostrils.
Exhaling through the nostrils.
Imagine as you inhale that you bring in your restorative frequency into this space.
As you do that,
This space starts to expand throughout your body.
Counting you in for 4,

1.
Hold the breath at the top.
Exhale for 4,

1.
Inhale through the nostrils for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Exhale for 4,

1.
With your mind's eye,
Observe the frequency in your body now.
Has the color changed?
Has the shape changed?
Has the movement shifted?
Is the size bigger or smaller?
Observe your breathing.
Has it slowed down or has it sped up?
Observe your emotional body.
Is there any emotions coming up at this time?
Observe your mental body.
Are there any thoughts coming up at this time?
Just allow them to come up.
Observe your spirit body.
Are you getting any messages coming through at this time?
Allow yourself to be here in this home frequency with yourself.
