Welcome to this guided meditation on setting positive intentions for the new year.

I'm honored to be your guide as we set out on this journey of self-reflection and purposeful planning.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

And allow your body to relax.

Now close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling your chest and belly expand,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension or worries.

Relax.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Let go of any thoughts about the past or future.

Be here in this moment.

And now,

Imagine a white light completely surrounding and enveloping you.

This white light represents a fresh start to the new year,

Just like the purity of fresh snow that hasn't been walked in yet.

A white light that is full of potential and possibilities.

Let it envelop you completely,

Filling you with a sense of peace and hope for the new year ahead.

And now,

Gently turn your attention to the year that has passed,

And without judgment,

Recall some of the significant moments that took place.

What were your triumphs?

What were some of your challenges?

And also,

What were some of the lessons that you learned along the way?

Acknowledge all of these experiences.

They have shaped you and brought you to this present moment.

Take a deep breath in now,

And as you exhale,

Release any feelings of regret or disappointment from the past year,

Letting it all out.

Let it all go,

Making space for new experiences ahead.

And now,

As we look towards the new year,

I invite you to envision your ideal self.

Who do you want to be?

What do you want to achieve?

How do you want to feel?

See the smile on your face.

Picture yourself living your best life.

Feel the confidence in your stride,

The peace in your heart.

What does your environment look like,

And who are the people around you?

Hold this vision in your mind now.

This is not just a dream.

You have the power to move towards this vision,

One step at a time.

And now,

Let's set some positive intentions for the year ahead.

These are not meant to be rigid resolutions,

But rather guiding principles to help you move towards your vision.

What qualities do you want to embody?

Perhaps it's kindness,

Courage,

Or creativity.

What kind of habits do you want to cultivate?

Maybe it's a daily meditation,

Regular exercise,

Or learning a new skill.

Choose one or two key intentions that really resonate with you,

And repeat them silently to yourself,

Feeling their power and potential.

For example,

This year,

I vow to.

And then repeat internally whatever it is that you wish to accomplish.

Continue to allow these intentions to sink deep within your being,

Becoming a part of you.

And now,

Take a moment now to reaffirm your commitment to your key intentions.

Know that you have the strength and resilience to pursue them,

Even when challenges arise.

Remember,

Each day is a new opportunity to align with your intentions.

Be patient and kind with yourself on this journey.

Imagine yourself being successful in your endeavors,

And take a deep breath while imagining you charging yourself with the success of your wish coming true.

Take some time now to take a few breaths of wish-fulfilling energy until you feel content and as if you're manifesting your reality within you.

This will also have the positive effect of continuing to draw and attract your desired reality into your life.
