Explore MeditationMarla Pelletier (E-RYT 500) is a second-generation Indian-American who has been leading yoga & meditation classes since 2006. She runs the corporate wellness company, Inward Office, encouraging daily movement & stress relief at work. Her certifications include: Hatha & Raja Yoga (200 Hr RYT), LifeForce Yoga for Anxiety & Depression, Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness training, Satyananda Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, and Sanskrit Mantra, Harmonium & Nada Yoga (500 hour RYT). Marla believes we need yoga-based tools to manage the mental stress we experience daily. Mantra practice & nada yoga has been a powerful tool in metabolizing emotion and listening deeply to her inner voice. Her bliss is leading groups in kīrtan and meditation.
