This guided meditation is to assist you to connect to your light code and to offer support.

Light codes are written in your DNA and are a remembrance of your power.

Light codes hold and transmit vibrational frequencies which can cause change within your physical reality by tapping into the quantum realm.

This guided meditation will align you to this energy by tapping into its frequency.

This is a channeled activation that awakens a dormant aspect within your DNA.

This meditation is slightly different and can be done either with your eyes open or closed during the session.

It is to help and support you as you work with your personal light code.

I will also be channeling another light code which is self-acceptance.

This is to help you release and let go of any energy around you that no longer serves.

This light code of self-acceptance will be offering you further blessings with ease and grace,

Healing and activations and any additional sacred knowledge you may require for you at this time.

I invite you to get in a relaxed and comfortable position and have your light code with you.

As you breathe,

Feel your feet as best as you can.

As you breathe in,

Hold for 5.

Relax and breathe out.

Imagine you are pulling energy up from the earth,

Up through the bottoms of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Up through your torso,

Through your heart space,

Through your throat,

Your third eye,

Until it reaches the top of your head.

Now visualise this energy now flowing over the top of your head as it showers you like a golden waterfall,

Assisting you to become grounded,

Centred and more present.

During this session I will be channelling through my heart space in the utmost honour and integrity,

So your being on all levels can work with this energy as is appropriate for you and for your highest good,

In other words your highest self or soul will know exactly what to do with this energy.

There is nothing you need to do or think about,

You can just sit back and relax and focus on your breathing.

I now ask you to place your hand over your heart space and really connect in with this space,

This can help you tune into these energies a little more easily.

I ask that you release any tension or resistance and just be open to receive,

Allowing whatever comes up to come up.

You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.

We now invoke the four pillars of white light and ask that you are protected by the legions of Archangel Michael.

We ask that the white light now fills your entire body,

Surrounding you and offering protection while assisting to cleanse and purify your mind,

Body and soul.

We ask that this meditation is facilitated and guided by source consciousness for the highest and best of all.

We acknowledge and invite all beings of truth and integrity and of the highest vibration and divine light to guide and support you today.

We call upon our ancient teachers and angelic guides to bring us into the energy of the highest love and the highest light.

Any inorganic beings or lower vibrational energies that aren't here for the highest good and best,

We command you to let go,

Release and step away from us now.

Take your magnetic imprinting and baggage and leave with unconditional love.

We command that you dissipate and eliminate any residue now.

We invite in the soft and gentle energies of the Leran High Council as they assist with this session and to balance the feminine and masculine energies,

We also invite the Goddess Isis to assist with these further light code activations.

We connect to the 7 element system to help us balance,

Realign and remember,

Spirit above,

Spirit within,

Spirit below,

Earth,

Water,

Fire and air.

We now ask that all old illusions from this lifetime and past lifetimes that you once identified with,

On any level,

Ones that you are still identifying with,

We ask that this energy now detoxes those and clears them from your being,

So you are open for this entirely new existence within your reality and within the collective reality.

Just allow this to happen.

I am sending energy now to clear out all any old paragrams,

Programming,

Belief systems that you are holding onto in your being in any way.

We ask that these continue to fall away easily and effortlessly,

Assisting you to open up and make room for these light codes and light transmission.

As you go through the days after this meditation,

You will continue to go through this clearing process.

Know that you are safe,

Supported and protected.

Now I ask you to make your way to the closest door,

And as you reach the door,

You notice there are 7 different keys in a row on the table.

Pick up one of these keys and hold it for a moment,

And look at its style,

It itself seems to hold some deep wisdom.

As you turn towards the door,

Now use this key to unlock it.

There are no wrong or right choices,

Just lead with your intuition.

As you unlock the door,

This is not just any door,

This door leads you to the crystal golden chambers of healing.

You make your way towards the chambers and are greeted by your spirit guides and the goddess Isis.

They lead you into the crystal healing chamber.

It is a stunningly beautiful room,

Filled with top to bottom with high vibrational crystals of all colours and all shapes and all sizes.

You can feel this magical energy.

As you look over to the right,

You see a crystal bead.

You make your way over to the bead and lay down upon it.

As you look up,

This bead has 7 clear quartz crystals that are positioned above you from your head to your root chakra.

Each one of these crystals connects directly to your 7 main chakras,

Assisting to cleanse,

Clear and realign them.

Allow yourself to truly give your weight to this crystal bead,

So you can receive from this beautiful crystalline energy of this chamber.

As you breathe deeply,

Breathe out anything that feels heavy,

Any stagnant or blocked energies,

Any worries,

Any fears and any anxieties and just feel it releasing into the crystal bead,

Where these energies can be transformed.

We now bring forth our light codes and ask that it connects to our energy.

We invite them to share it's wisdom,

Love and assist us to unlock any codes that we are ready for at this time.

And by unlocking these powerful codes,

We are able to access the deepest knowledge and repair our DNA.

It activates the cells deep in our bodies and gives us the opportunity to release all codes that no longer resonate.

These encoded energy patterns and transmissions received from the spiritual realm are for your highest and best good and are received with ease and grace.

Allow the light codes to guide and support you as they share with you aspects of your being,

Your inner knowing and your inner power.

Allow yourself a moment to connect to these beautiful energies while I send you the energy transmission.

We now start to rise up from the bed and we give our thanks to the crystal bead,

The goddess Isis and our guides for allowing this healing time and for connecting with our light codes.

We make our way back to the door and we see there is a note on the ground.

You bend down to pick this note up and read the message.

This is a message from your soul.

As you walk through the door,

You lock the door behind you with your key.

The session is sacred and you can come back at any time to access your healing or the codes.

Now make your way back to where you were sitting or laying down.

As you start coming back into your body,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers,

You can begin to open your eyes slowly.
