Welcome to this guided meditation.

A sacred sound journey to reconnect you with the sensual,

Emotional and creative essence that lives within your womb,

Your sacral and your heart space.

My name is Laurie Jane and I am an intuitive crystal therapist and energy alchemist,

Here to guide you through a sacred journey of remembrance,

Clearing and activation.

Today's session has been infused with energetic codes and the soundscape is tuned to 432 Hertz,

The natural harmonic of the universe.

A frequency that helps your body release tension,

Dissolve emotional blockages and realigns your divine blueprint.

This angelic music,

Woven with the sound of the ocean and the wind,

Is designed to attune your vibration to the frequency of creation,

Peace and divine remembrance.

Today I meet you at the Fijian waters,

Where brilliant blues and turquoise meet soft white sand,

Where coconut trees sway in rhythm with the ocean breeze and where the veil between worlds begins to thin.

Here,

Lemurian waters meet Palladian starlight,

Awakening remembrance through the sacred codes of ocean and sky.

In this meditation you are invited to embrace the divine feminine,

To enter a sacred inner temple where you will release what no longer serves,

Receive the codes of remembrance and anchor the golden flame of rebirth deep within your sacral chakra.

So during today's session we set the intention for you to connect and receive the codings of remembrance from the starts,

Awakening your soul's memory of home and family.

We now call forth your guides,

Your highest star and earth guardians,

Those of the highest vibration with the purest intention and deepest love to step forward.

May they surround you now,

Cleansing and purifying each and every chakra,

Cleansing your energy bodies and your conscious and subconscious mind.

They now create a sphere of light around you,

A living temple of starlight and ocean light so that all which are no longer serves,

Which is no longer needed,

Gently dissolves and all that you are ready to receive flows with ease and grace in your being.

We just take one more deep breath in,

Allow the sound of the ocean,

The presence of the stars and the warmth of the sacred land to open you.

And I remind you,

It is safe to be seen.

It is now safe to be held and it is safe to fully step in to the next version of you.

So as we begin,

I invite you now to imagine you are standing barefoot upon a soft white sand beach.

The air is warm and gentle,

Carrying the faint scent of salt and sunlight.

All you can hear is the quiet rhythm of the rippling ocean and the heartbeat of the earth itself.

It is an early morning just before sunrise.

As you look above,

The Milky Way stretches across the sky,

An endless tapestry of starlight.

There are clusters that seem familiar,

While others unknown,

Yet you feel a deep connection to your soul.

There is one cluster in particular that really draws your gaze,

As it has the soft electric blue light surrounding this group.

And this is the Seven Sisters.

As you admire its beauty,

You feel a deep pull within your heart,

As if remembering something ancient and true.

Tiny sparks of light begin to descend,

Shimmering down and drifting from the stars like moving glow lights.

They begin to shower you in crystalline frequency from the Palladian realms,

As they begin to cascade down through your crown,

Flowing through your third eye,

Throat,

Into your heart space,

Anchoring their remembrance into your entire energetic body.

Now bring both hands to rest gently upon your womb space,

Just below your navel.

Breathe deeply into the center.

Feel the warmth of your palms and the pulse of your energy.

With each breath,

Allow these Palladian light codes to continue flowing downwards into your Sacral Chakra,

Awakening,

Clearing,

Remembering.

As you breathe,

Feel a subtle rhythm begin to emerge within you.

This represents the dance of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine.

The Feminine within you receives,

It feels and it flows like the tides.

The Masculine within holds space,

Provides structure and anchors the light.

Together,

They move as one.

Breath and heartbeat,

Moon and sun,

Merging in perfect harmony within your womb space.

As you exhale,

The sky begins to change and you begin to notice a soft glow as you look out above the ocean,

As far as the eye can see,

Where these colors of pastel begin to melt on the ocean surface as well as in the sky,

Painting the water in pastel shades of baby pink,

Powdered blue and tender violet.

The colors reflect across the gentle ripples like a living watercolor,

Offering you this beautiful color healing.

It is magical,

It is very peaceful and it feels like coming home.

Over to the left,

You notice two swallows dancing above the ocean,

Swooping and diving and gliding with effortless grace.

These two obviously have a deep soul connection.

They are the yin and yang.

They weave in playful circles,

Their wings shimmering as they stitch together threads of light.

They are a living symbol of the sacred union of air and water.

As they come towards you,

They take a moment to pause but then they dart ahead,

Almost like they're inviting you to follow.

You begin to follow them as you walk along the shoreline,

Feeling your feet sinking deep into the soft sand and the sound of your breath merging with the sea.

With each step you feel lighter,

More present,

More connected and more awake.

So as you continue to walk along the shoreline,

You pause and notice the most uplifting floral scent carried by the gentle morning breeze.

It is sweet and creamy and it is the fragrance of frangipane.

Your eyes are drawn to a single flower resting on the sand before you,

Perfect and untouched,

Almost like it has been placed there just for you.

You bend down and you pick it up,

Holding it gently in your hand,

Admiring its beauty.

Immediately you begin to connect with its magical and uplifting vibration,

Allowing its energy signature and plant medicine to flow into your system.

With each breath the fragrance moves through you,

From your nose,

Down your throat,

Through your higher heart,

Your heart space,

Your solar plexus,

Until it finally lands in your lower belly,

The sacral chakra,

Your center that governs your creativity,

Sensuality and emotional flow.

We take a moment and allow the essence of frangipane to soften your shields,

To dissolve any lingering hardness and open the petals of your heart.

Feel golden threads of light begin to flow from this flower,

Gently filling your sacral space like warm sunlight merging with ocean waves.

This is the scent of forgiveness,

Devotion,

Sensual beauty and rebirth.

Take a slow deep breath in,

Allowing this connection to anchor within you,

The heart and the womb now united in one radiant stream of energy.

The swallow still dancing around you as the frangipane light anchors,

Reminding you of the sacred connection between love and creation.

And now we begin to walk towards the water,

Following the swallows as they dance ahead.

The soft white sand shifts beneath your feet,

Cool,

Grounding and alive.

Each step draws energy down from your body,

Connecting you deeper into the heart of Mother Earth.

Behind you,

You energetically feel the coconut palms as they sway in rhythm with the breeze,

Whispering forgiveness and release.

To your right,

There are these green hills that rise like ancient guardians.

They are in the distance and their presence is strong and steady.

You feel both energies surrounding you,

The nurturing embrace of the Divine Feminine and the protective strength of the Divine Masculine,

Each holding you in perfect equilibrium.

As you reach the edge of the ocean,

You pause for a moment.

The waves lap gently at your toes and you take a deep breath in as you allow the ocean mirror with your rhythm,

Really connecting in.

You step forward and this warm water welcomes you,

Rising to your ankles,

Your calves and your thighs.

Each ripple carries light,

A sacred current that knows your name.

As the water rises above,

It begins to reach your sacral chakra,

Just below your navel and you pause again.

With each exhale,

Allow what no longer serves to begin to flow out.

This is old stories,

Attachments,

Judgments and memories that have weighed upon your creative fire.

With each inhale,

We draw in new life,

New codes and shimmering golden orange light that nourishes,

Restores and ignites your inner flame.

And now,

Within your heart,

We speak these words.

With deep gratitude,

We release any energies,

Beliefs or connections that no longer serve my highest good.

We honour the lessons they have brought me and I now choose freedom.

I ask that all cords be dissolved,

Transmuted and returned to love.

May the divine feminine within soften,

Receive and flow with grace.

May the divine masculine within strengthen,

Protect and hold me steady in truth and may both move as one within my being,

The waters begin to shimmer with crystalline light,

Swirling around your hips and lower belly.

You see golden orange waves spiralling outwards,

Carrying away what is ready to be released.

The swallows sweep low over the water,

Their wings of light assisting in the transmutation.

You can feel yourself feeling lighter.

Your sacral chakra glows with warmth and the balance of the masculine and feminine within you is restored.

The water within your womb is calm,

Clear and ready for creation.

As you float within the stillness of the ocean,

You begin to notice a blue glow beneath you.

You gaze downwards and see a magnificent blue starfish resting upon the coral ocean floor.

Its five arms extends outwards in perfect symmetry,

Creating a living mandala of creation and balance.

Each arm glimmers this iridescent sapphire colour.

Its surface is smooth,

Strong and radiant with life force.

You feel a deep recognition stir within you.

This is not just a creation of the sea.

This is an ancient Lemurian being,

A keeper of water memory and crystalline codes.

This starfish has witnessed countless tides and carries within it the essence of codes of regeneration,

Resilience and wholeness.

The blue starfish has shown up today to remind you when an arm is lost,

It can regrow.

A sacred message that healing is always possible and nothing truly whole can be broken.

Its medicine teaches us how to surrender to the cycles of loss and renewal with ease and grace and to trust that life is always guiding us back to balance.

Now imagine its blue light beginning to pulse stronger.

Waves of soothing energy rising through the water.

These currents spiral upwards towards you,

Wrapping around your body and merging with your womb space.

You feel and may even see the codes of the blue starfish entering your sacral chakra,

Spinning softly,

Like a celestial tide of remembrance.

Its frequency is pure Lemurian water light and it flows through you.

You feel your emotional body soften.

Your creative energy awaken and your inner tides harmonize.

The starfish carries both the masculine and feminine within its geometry.

Five arms reaching outward,

Balanced around one radiant center.

It mirrors the sacred within you,

The feminine flow of intuition,

The masculine form of structure,

Each moving together in divine rhythm.
