Welcome to this guided balancing your root chakra meditation. Please get into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Take a nice few deep breaths breathing through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Keeping a nice steady rhythm of relaxed deep breaths. In your next breath in visualize soft cleansing white light going in through your nose traveling down your throat past your belly and then pulling into your tailbone the root chakra area. With your next breath out you see all the stale stuff and negative energy from your root chakra traveling back out and leaving your body. Breathe in that cleansing light again. Breathe out the stale stuck energy. You now see a warm glow of red emerging from your root chakra. Place your hands on your tailbone area and with your next breath in that loving red glow starts turning. It starts spinning smoothly like a wheel. You are now radiating with confidence and passion. You are safe and secure. Say out loud I am safe. I am secure. Rest in this rejuvenating state and when you're ready bring your awareness back to the present moment and gently open your eyes and have the most amazing grounded and centered day.
