In this practice, you will be invited to acknowledge your feelings with kindness rather than resistance. Supported by the soothing 432 Hz frequency, this meditation helps the body relax while guiding the mind toward calm and reassurance. Through slow, steady breathing, you will create space to soften anxious thoughts and return to the present moment. You will also be encouraged to thank your mind for trying to keep you safe. Even when worry feels uncomfortable, it often comes from a place of protection. By acknowledging this, you create a compassionate relationship with your thoughts instead of fighting against them.
