I come to you today with a sincere desire to let go of the burdens that weigh heavily on my soul, To release the past and all that no longer serves my highest good. I ask for your courage to face my worries and fears head-on. Help me to recognize that these feelings are part of my journey but they do not define me. Grant me the strength to comfort them. Grant me the strength to confront them with bravery, Knowing that I'm not alone. You walk beside me, Guiding me through the shadows into the light. With each breath I take, I feel the heaviness begin to lift. I acknowledge the pain and hurt I have carried and I release it now into your loving hands.
