Welcome to this guided ocean sleep meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable position lying down in your bed and gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and then slowly exhale.

Allow your body to relax and release any tension you may be holding.

Imagine yourself standing on a beautiful sandy beach right at the edge of the ocean.

Feel the warm sand beneath your feet and the gentle breeze on your skin.

As you look out towards the vast ocean and notice the relaxing,

Calm sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

With each wave that comes in,

Imagine it carrying away any worries or thoughts that may be keeping you awake.

Now take a moment to set your intention for a restful night's sleep.

As you continue to listen to the sound of the ocean waves,

Imagine yourself walking along the shore.

Feeling the cool water gently washing over your feet.

With each step you take,

Imagine a sense of relaxation spreading throughout.

Your entire body.

The moon begins to rise above the horizon,

Casting a soft,

Calming light on the ocean.

Allow yourself to be embraced by its soothing glow.

Feeling a sense of peace and tranquility as you stand at the water's edge.

Take a moment to express gratitude for the day that has passed and for the opportunity to rest and rejuvenate.

Feel a sense of gratitude for your body and mind and for all the blessings in your life.

Now slowly begin to walk back towards the sandy beach.

As you do,

Imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Feel a deep sense of calm and stillness settling within you.

Take a few moments to simply be present in this peaceful moment.

Allowing yourself to fully embrace the tranquility of the ocean.

Know that as you drift off to sleep,

The waves will continue to soothe you into a deep and restful sleep.

When you are ready,

Let yourself fully surrender to the waves.

Fall into a deep,

Peaceful sleep.
