Take a few more deep breaths allowing each breath to calm your mind and energize your body.
As you continue to breathe bring your attention to the present moment.
Let go of any thoughts or distractions and focus on the sensations in your body.
Feel the weight of your body on the chair or cushion and the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
