Firstly,
I'd like you to begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Allowing your body to feel fully supported by the ground beneath you.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
And then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or heaviness.
As you breathe,
Allow yourself to arrive in this space.
Letting go of the outside world.
Inhale deeply once more.
And as you exhale,
Feel a wave of relaxation washing over you,
Grounding you in the present moment.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Start at the crown of your head and gently scan downwards.
Relax your forehead.
Letting go of any tightness.
Soften your eyes and cheeks,
Releasing any tension.
Allow your jaw to relax.
Letting it drop slightly.
Feel your shoulders melt away,
Inviting relaxation.
Bring this sensation down through your arms,
Into your hands and fingers.
Continue your journey to your chest.
Feeling your heart center expand with each breath.
Let this warmth flow into your stomach.
Your hips.
Your thighs.
Your knees.
And all the way down to your feet.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded,
Creating peace within.
Now envision a beautiful healing light at the center of your heart.
This light represents pure intentions,
Love and grace.
Hail.
Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant.
As you breathe in,
Feel this healing light infusing every cell in your body with pure energy.
Visualize it flowing through your bloodstream,
Nourishing your organs and revitalizing every part of you.
Release any negativity or heaviness,
Allowing the healing light to cleanse and rejuvenate you.
Picture this light expanding beyond your body,
Filling the space around you with its warm radiant glow.
As this healing light surrounds you,
