As you settle in and vision a warm golden light surrounding you.
A protective and nurturing energy that honors your divine presence.
Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful garden.
Filled with vibrant flowers.
Each representing a part of your unique essence.
Feel the soft earth beneath your feet.
Grounding you in the present moment.
As you walk through this garden.
Take a moment to appreciate the beauty around you.
Each petal.
Each leaf.
A reflection of your own divine essence.
I am a goddess,
Powerful and radiant.
Feel the truth of this affirmation resonate within you.
Visualize the golden light growing brighter with each breath.
Illuminating every corner of your being.
Filling you with warmth and love.
As you explore the garden.
Envision a gentle breeze that carries whispers of self love.
I honor my body.
My mind and my spirit.
I am worthy of love and kindness.
I embrace my journey with grace.
Take a moment to breathe in the sense of the flowers.
