Please find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Filling your lungs completely and then exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension or stress.
Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful open space.
The sky is clear and the sun is beginning to rise,
Casting a warm golden light all around you.
Visualize its warm rays gently touching your skin,
Surrounding you in a cocoon of light.
Feel this radiant energy penetrating every part of your being.
With each breath in,
Visualize the sunlight infusing your body with warmth and vitality.
Imagine these healing rays entering through the top of your head,
Flowing down through your neck,
Shoulders and arms.
Filling every cell with rejuvenation and life.
Feel the golden light moving through your chest,
Filling your heart with joy and your breath with light.
And let it continue to flow down through your stomach,
Legs and all the way to the tips of your toes.
As this warm light flows through you,
Feel a sense of revitalization washing over your entire body.
Every cell is alive,
Glowing with energy and health.
You are filled with a sense of peace and strength,
Ready to embrace the day ahead.
Feel the rejuvenating energy of the sun continue to fill you up.
When you are ready,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Carry this feeling of warmth,
Light and revitalization with you as you step into your day.
