Then exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension or stress. With each breath allow yourself to relax deeper into this moment. Take a few more deep breaths inhaling deeply and exhaling fully. As you breathe feel your body becoming more at ease. With every inhale draw in peace and calm and with each exhale let go of any stress or worries. Allow your breath to become a gentle rhythm guiding you into a state of relaxation. Now I invite you to visualize a radiant white healing light shining down from above. Imagine this warm soft light pouring down like a surrounding you in its glow. This light is infused with the love and protection of the angels. Wrapping around you like the most comforting and protective wings. Feel this light surrounding you creating a bubble of protection. A force filled of love and light that shield you from any negativity. As you continue to breathe feel this glowing energy pulsating around you creating a safe space that is uniquely yours. As this white light surrounds you visualize it flowing into your body revitalizing every cell. With each breath imagine this energy filling you up keeping your energy safe and strong.
