Universe, Source of all light, I affirm this now. My energy is clean, Clear and uplifting. I choose to protect my light. I will not allow anyone to dim my glow or tarnish my sparkle. I shine freely, Authentically and without apology. I radiate the frequency of love, Through compassion, Through kindness, Through truth. Yet my love does not require self-sacrifice. My boundaries are sacred. They guard my peace. They protect my spirit. Nothing that sinks to harm, Drain or diminish me is allowed to stay in my energy field. I cleanse my energy now. Releasing what is not mine. Restoring what is sacred. Strengthening what is true. I honour myself as worthy. As deserving. As divinely protected. I stand in my light. I keep it pure. I keep it whole. And so it is.
