Through gentle breath, reflection, and visualization, you will notice where you may tend to withdraw and soften into a deeper space of compassion. It creates a quiet awareness of how love can move through you without force or judgment. You will be led to consider simple, real ways to respond with presence, kindness, and care. This practice helps you carry a more open, compassionate way of being into your daily life. This version fades off after an hour allowing you to fall asleep at the end of the experience.
