To cultivate self-love.
Kindly sit in a comfortable position and allow yourself to rest and to be in the present moment.
Inhale and exhale a little slower and a little deeper than usual.
As you put your awareness and how the air flows in and out from the time you inspire,
How it travels through your body,
How it fills your lungs,
How it reaches your abdomen,
And how you release any worries and how you surrender to the present moment.
Now focus your attention in the area of your heart.
And if you choose to do so,
Gently touch the area of your heart and feel how it feels to inject this moment energy.
How it feels,
Your body bringing the energy of appreciation,
Full awareness,
Cultivating patience moment to moment.
And as you bring an anchor,
Appreciation and gratitude from the bottom of your heart,
Gently repeat after me two or three times each affirmation.
I am enough and I am becoming better.
I am strong enough to set boundaries.
I am at peace,
Despite the circumstances.
I have certainty that there is a higher plan.
