Welcome,

Dear ones,

To this journey of healing.

My name is Lana Anderson and I have been guiding meditations for over 20 years.

Today we will begin on a beautiful,

Dreamy visualization to heal your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Allow your eyes to soften and close.

And take a deep breath in,

Hold for a moment,

And exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to fully relax and be present in this moment.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

And exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

With each breath,

Imagine drawing in pure healing energy.

And with each exhale,

Let go of any stress or negativity.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest,

The gentle rhythm of your breath,

Grounding you in the here and now.

Notice roots growing from the base of your spine,

Anchoring you firmly to the earth.

These roots connect you to the earth's nurturing energy,

Providing stability and support.

Feel the earth's energy flowing up through these roots,

Entering your body,

And filling you with a sense of security and grounding.

Now we will gently scan the body,

Releasing any areas of tension or discomfort.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light gently touching your scalp,

Soothing and relaxing every muscle it touches.

Allow this light to flow down to your forehead,

Smoothing away any lines of worry or stress.

Move this light down to your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Letting go of any tension.

Feel the warmth spreading down your neck and shoulders,

Releasing any tightness.

Allow this light to flow into your arms,

Down to your hands and fingertips,

Bringing a sense of peace and relaxation.

Direct this healing light to your chest,

Your heart,

Filling it with love and compassion.

Let it flow into your abdomen,

Your hips,

Down your legs,

To your feet and toes.

Your entire body is now bathed in this warm,

Golden light,

Feeling completely relaxed and at peace.

Imagine now that you are standing at the edge of a beautiful,

Serene forest.

The sun is shining,

Birds are singing,

And a gentle breeze caresses your skin.

As you step into the forest,

Feel the soft,

Mossy ground beneath your feet.

The air is fresh and filled with the scent of pine and flowers.

In the distance,

You see a shimmering,

Crystal clear stream.

Walk towards it,

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your back and the cool shade of the trees above.

When you reach the stream,

Sit down on the soft grass and dip your fingers into the cool,

Refreshing water.

This stream is special.

It is infused with the energy of healing and renewal.

As you sit by the stream,

Imagine any pain,

Illness,

Or discomfort in your body being drawn out and washed away by the gentle flow of the water.

Feel this healing energy entering your body,

Rejuvenating every cell,

And bringing balance and harmony to your physical being.

Now imagine a soft,

Radiant light descending from above,

Enveloping your entire being.

This light is filled with unconditional love and pure healing energy.

As it surrounds you,

Feel it permeating your mind,

Dissolving any negative thoughts,

Worries,

Or fears.

Your mind becomes clear,

Calm,

And centered.

Allow this light to reach your heart,

Opening it to love,

Compassion,

And forgiveness.

Feel any emotional wounds being healed,

Replaced with a sense of peace and joy.

Your spirit is now shining brightly,

Fully aligned with the healing energy of the universe.

As you bask in this healing light,

Repeat silently or out loud the following,

I am whole.

I am healed.

I am at peace.

My body,

Mind,

And spirit are in perfect harmony.

I am open to receiving healing energy and love.

I release all that no longer serves me and embrace wellness.

Feel these statements resonating deeply within you,

Integrating the healing energy into every aspect of your being.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The air around you,

Keeping the eyes closed and soft.

Take a few deep breaths slowly and gently,

Bringing movement back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you would like.

When you are ready,

Slowly and gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of healing and peace within you.

Know that you can return to this place of healing whenever you need it.
