Hello,
Welcome and thank you for joining.
Today I'll be guiding you through this beautiful ancient Egyptian pyramid and blue lotus meditation.
We'll be going on a journey together and you will feel absolutely aligned and connected at the You will feel in harmony with the whole universe.
You will feel the singularity of everything.
So I hope you are in a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed and perhaps wearing something comfortable as well.
You can be sitting on a cushion or on a comfortable mat or even on a chair.
Whatever that will keep your body comfortable because we don't want any distractions from the body or from the mind.
So we're trying to make everything comfortable with no distractions.
When you're ready,
Let's start.
So you're sitting comfortably with your spine long and tall and proud.
You're feeling a gentle pull from the top of your head up towards the sky,
Nut,
And a gentle pull from the bottom or the base of your spine towards the center of earth or Geb.
Your body is relaxed,
Your shoulders away from your ears and gently close your eyes.
Start bringing your awareness only using your senses,
Not with your mind,
To your heart at the center of your chest,
Your Ib,
Your G,
And slowly we start inhaling through the nose as if you're drawing the breath from the center of the earth.
And when you reach,
Pause gently.
And as you exhale,
Exhale a long and soft breath through your nose as if you're releasing the breath into the sky,
Into the cosmos,
The heavens.
At the bottom of the breath,
Pause,
And again inhale from the earth to your heart through the central channel,
Moving up your spine until it reaches your heart.
And pause.
And as you exhale,
A longer exhale than the inhale,
Soft,
Smooth,
From your heart through a pillar,
Moving up all the way to the sky.
And gentle pause.
And as you inhale gently through both nostrils,
Feel the breath rise to the throat,
Passing through your mind until it reaches your Ujjat,
The space between your eyebrows or your third eye.
When you reach there,
Pause softly.
Now exhale long and slow.
Let it all out,
All the troubles,
All the stress,
All the uncertainties.
Let them all go.
Any unease,
Any frustration,
Let it out with the breath,
Letting the breath descend back to the heart.
We will repeat this cycle three times.
Slowly inhale through the nose from the core of earth,
From Gap,
All beautiful,
Grounded,
Clean,
And purified energy coming from the center all the way up until it reaches your heart.
And hold.
And as you exhale from that same place,
Moving up through your crown,
Through air,
Through the cosmos,
Through the moon and the sun,
All the way,
A long,
Beautiful exhale.
And hold.
And release.
Another round.
Inhale.
With each breath,
Feel your body softens,
Relaxes.
And exhale long,
Extended,
Exhale,
Feel your awareness becoming clear and your mind is awake.
And hold.
And take your next and last inhale.
Pause.
And slowly release anything else you want to release from your field of energy that is bothering you,
That is causing you any trouble.
Now it's the time to release it.
Let it all out.
When you reach the bottom of the breath,
Gentle hold and release.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Now allow your breath to go back to its natural rhythm,
But it's much slower,
Much calmer,
Much lighter.
You almost don't feel it.
Allow it to be.
Now bring your awareness,
Just by sensing,
Just by feeling,
To the center of your chest,
Your eeb,
Your heart,
The seat of the soul,
Your bah.
And I want you to visualize a small point of golden light glowing at that place.
And with your next inhale,
Feel this light gently rising to the throat,
Feel the energy of that golden light tingling sensation perhaps through your throat and continuing moving up until it reaches your ujat,
Your third eye.
Rest your awareness here.
Golden light is in the middle of your brain,
Bright,
Warm.
Your body is effortless and your mind is aware and fully awake.
Now take the seat of the observer as if you're looking and seeing your own body in front of you.
You're seeing your body resting calmly.
It is sitting between the paws of the sphinx,
The shisab ankh.
And you're feeling the sand beneath you and a gentle breeze of air brushing against your skin.
And above you are the stars of Orion's belt.
Three beautiful stars aligned exactly with the three pyramids.
At Uzir's belt,
Or they're called sah,
They shine silently.
Feel that your consciousness is the vast space that holds these stars.
It's as big as that can be.
Your consciousness expands,
Is getting bigger as much as it can contain those beautiful stars.
And your breath is the soft desert breeze that is moving through it.
Inhale gently through the nose.
Extend your exhale slowly and smoothly.
Beautiful.
Now from the sands we rise.
From the golden sands beneath you,
You feel there's some sort of an object that is sitting underneath the sand.
It's the solar boat of Ra.
And it begins to rise.
It lifts you effortlessly.
And it's carrying you towards the eastern entrance of the Great Pyramid where the sun rises.
See the sunlight reflection reflection on the radiant golden surface of the pyramid.
And it's glistening and it's shining and shimmering.
Feel it.
Feel the reflection on your own body.
You are held and you are guided.
Nothing to worry about.
There is only warmth here.
Perhaps a tingling sensation or a vibration somewhere.
Note where you feel that.
Without any thinking,
Without any judging.
And now we descend.
Now the boat gently sets you down in front of the entrance.
And as you begin to descend,
The inner passage inside the pyramid,
A ramp moving downwards.
Down to the middle of earth.
And with each heartbeat of yours,
Feel every heartbeat.
You feel your breath slows down.
With every breath slowing down,
Your heartbeats are getting softer and more slower.
Inhale.
Exhale deeper into relaxation.
As you breathe in again,
Become aware of two parallel streams of breaths entering through your nostrils.
They rise and meet at the ujat,
Center of your forehead.
It's like a tuning fork joining at the center of the brain.
Sense a golden light gathering there,
Getting bigger,
Deep within the midbrain.
Sense the energy gathering,
Getting stronger.
When you feel that,
Pause.
And you arrive now in the lower chamber.
Once this beautiful golden light has formed in the center of your head.
It's Iman's cave,
Amun's cave.
Feel the golden light in your midbrain that is starting to shape itself into a sort of an almond-sized golden flame.
It's brightening the screen of your mind,
Keeping it bright,
Steady,
And alive.
Gently,
In your own intuitive way,
Start guiding and moving the flame downwards towards your heart in a vertical line from center of your forehead,
To your nose,
Your mouth,
Your throat,
In the sense that you are following and walking behind this flame until it settles softly into the center of your heart.
Rest your awareness here.
Now see at the very back of that queen or the mother's chamber,
A perfectly calm,
Still,
Crystal clear blue lotus pond.
In all its magic and purity,
It's luminous and it's sacred.
You can sense that,
You can feel it.
It's in the air,
In the vibrations and the frequencies around you.
The air is charged with that golden light.
See yourself approaching this beautiful pond and taking a seat in front of it.
And in your own way,
See an eight-petaled blue lotus floating on the surface,
Exactly at the center of this pond.
And on each petal,
There is a single flame.
That is the divine.
Recognize it as the divine.
It is the light of all lights.
It is the source of all life.
Now I want you to open your heart in your own way to this divine light.
Flower and bow forward inwardly as a recognition of that divine.
Now let's align with the flames.
The eight flames,
One on each petal,
They begin to move slowly,
Gracefully inwards towards the center.
They merge at the center of the lotus,
Becoming one gorgeous,
Brilliant flame.
It's the brightest you have ever seen.
It is so bright,
Yet it's not hard to look at.
Gentle and easy on the eyes.
And in your own way,
Silently ask to merge with this sacred light.
Take a moment.
Take a breath.
See it,
Feel it,
Sense it,
And ask to merge with it.
Now feel yourself entering the center of this flame.
And as you step in,
Feel the flame is entering the center of your own heart at the same time.
You're stepping in.
The flame is slowly,
Magically entering the center of your heart.
So you and the divine flame and the source of all light are one.
You merge into one.
One.
Now offer a silent wish.
Perhaps ask that all beings may remember their oneness with the source like you are now.
And they may experience the divine.
Now let's ascend.
When you're ready after you made your wish,
Now slowly feel the blue lotus rising from the pond,
Carrying you,
And the flame ascending upwards.
And you pass through the heart of the pyramid,
Through the center,
And rising higher and higher,
Moving up,
Through the apex of the pyramid,
The pyramoid at the top,
Until you reach the moon,
And gently float away.
Let go into the vast silence of the cosmos.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to hold.
Rest in the noon.
Float there like a baby,
As if you're floating in the cosmic ocean.
And when you're ready,
Take a gentle,
Deep breath in,
And now let go.
