Thank you for taking the time to join us today for this guided meditation.

This meditation is for empaths.

This is a safe space created just for you,

A space to release,

To reconnect with yourself and to gently let go of the weight you may be carrying.

As an empath,

You have a beautiful gift of feeling deeply,

But sometimes the emotions around you can feel heavy or overwhelming.

This meditation is here to help you center yourself,

Protect your energy,

Find peace amidst it all.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels most supported to your body.

Close your eyes if you're feeling comfortable doing so,

Or simply soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Let's take a few moments to settle into your body.

Start by taking three deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Holding it for a moment at the top,

And slowly exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

Notice the sensation of your body being supported by the ground beneath you.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine or the soles of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth.

These roots anchor you to the steady,

Nurturing energy of the earth.

Feel its stability and strength flowing up through your roots into your body.

Now,

Let's bring your awareness to the emotional weight you've been carrying.

Without judgment,

Simply notice it.

Is it in your chest?

Your shoulders?

Perhaps your stomach?

Acknowledge it,

Knowing it's okay to feel what you feel.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light beginning to form above your head.

This light is here to help you cleanse and release.

Visualize this light slowly pouring over you like a gentle,

Warm waterfall.

It moves from the top of your head,

Washing over your face,

Your neck,

And your shoulders.

With every breath,

Let this light melt away the heaviness you've absorbed.

It flows down your arms,

Your chest,

Your back,

And your legs,

Carrying away all that does not belong to you.

It gathers at your feet,

Sinking deep into the earth where it can be transformed.

As the golden light begins to flow and continues to flow,

Picture a shimmering bubble forming around you.

This is your protective space.

It's light,

But strong.

It's translucent,

Allowing love and positivity to flow in while keeping heavy,

Overwhelming energies out.

You are safe within this space.

You are whole and complete.

Take a moment to affirm to yourself,

I release what is not mine to carry.

I am grounded,

Protected,

And at peace.

My energy is my own,

And I honor it.

Now,

Turn your focus inward to the center of your chest,

Where your heart space lies.

Imagine a small glowing light there.

This light is your inner strength,

Your essence.

It grows brighter and warmer with every breath you take.

Feel its soothing energy expanding through your body,

Filling every corner of your being with love and calm.

Know that this light is always with you.

No matter what emotions or energies surround you,

This light is your sanctuary.

It's your inner compass,

Your unshakable core.

Begin now to bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling your connection to the present moment.

Take one final deep breath in,

And exhale fully,

Releasing any lingering tension.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of calm and protection with you.

Remember,

You are not alone.

You are deeply connected to the Earth,

To your inner light,

And to the love that surrounds you.
