This gentle grief meditation offers a loving space for anyone moving through loss, bereavement or the death of someone or a beloved pet.Guided by my soothing British male voice with gentle rain sounds in the background, it is here for the moments when grief feels heavy, confusing or overwhelming. You may be experiencing sadness, loneliness, anger, guilt, regret, anxiety, numbness or physical feelings such as nausea, tightness and exhaustion. There is no pressure to feel better, let go, find closure or move on. We simply sit together, breathe and make a little room for whatever is here.I recorded this while experiencing grief of my own, so I am not speaking from outside it. This is an honest, human meditation for grief and loss, created to help you feel supported, understood and less alone.Come here when you need comfort after losing a loved one or pet, help coping with grief, a safe space to cry or simply someone to sit beside you through a difficult day.
