Hello friends,
My name is Kenya and I will be guiding you through a journey for your soul's expansion and awakening your intuition.
Intuition is our innate ability to understand.
It is our deep inner knowing that goes beyond logical thinking,
Our gut instincts,
Our inner voice that reasons from our highest sense of self.
If we learn to listen to and trust our inner voice,
Our intuition,
Then we can open our hearts to be led more easily through our life's path.
As we begin,
I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Finding stillness in this moment.
There is nothing else that you need to be doing right now.
There is nowhere else that you need to be right now.
Take a deep cleansing breath in,
And release,
Breathing out slowly.
We are going to do this together two more times.
Again,
Breathe in and breathe out.
One last time in,
And then breathe out slowly.
And if you haven't already,
Explore how it feels to allow your eyes to drift closed.
Float them closed and feel all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes let loose as you relax.
As you go deeper into the space of relaxation,
Begin to notice the connection with yourself.
Allow your jaw to soften and relax,
Your shoulders to relax completely,
Your forehead.
Notice all of the muscles in your body becoming more and more relaxed,
Loose,
Heavy,
As you allow yourself to be present.
And if you notice that you are distracted by thoughts,
Just know that this is completely normal.
We are not trying to stop our thoughts or fight our thoughts.
We are just observing.
Notice the thoughts,
But let them pass.
Remember now that we are not those thoughts.
We are pure consciousness.
We are pure energy that is aware of the thoughts.
So whenever you notice a thought,
Simply bring your attention back to your breath,
Or if you prefer,
Anchor it to another point in the body.
And know that each time you notice you are having a thought,
You strengthen your ability to concentrate and focus your attention wherever you choose.
You are learning to create space for your own intuition to lead and not the busy mind.
Don't confuse your intuition for these busy thoughts.
These thoughts are a reflection of your current fears,
Your current doubts.
Your intuition is tuned into the frequency of your highest self.
It will speak clearly to you when you are at peace.
I invite you now to gently focus your attention on the affirmations that follow.
These affirmations are designed to guide you through to an open heart space,
So that you are able to tune in fully and connect with your intuition.
Know that you don't even have to listen carefully,
Because your subconscious is always listening and absorbing messages that are aligned with your highest self for the highest good.
Even when you're sleeping,
You can let your mind wander,
Relax,
And let my words lead you to this divine alignment.
I want you to know that whatever happens,
You will be okay.
I open myself to seeing new possibilities and align myself to connect with spirit.
I trust myself.
I trust the universe and allow universal consciousness to work through me.
I believe in my limitless potential.
I create clarity of mind and find peace through stillness.
I am open to the guidance from my highest self,
And I know that I will always be led down the right path.
I love myself.
The more I love myself,
The more I become my highest self.
I attract the highest vibrational states of thought.
I know who I am,
And I love who I am.
I transcend my ego limitations and allow my higher self to lead.
The compass of my intuition leads me to truth and joy.
I am worthy.
I am whole.
I am unconditional loving consciousness.
I am open,
Willing,
And trusting that the highest good will unfold for me.
I am good enough.
I raise my vibration when I move through fear.
I trust myself.
Now,
Go out into the world and keep allowing this trust to guide you through to becoming the most aligned version of yourself.
