Soul voice toning practice.
This is an invitation for you to connect to your voice through tone and through your own sound resonance.
So I invite you to take a gentle breath in and let it out with a soft sigh.
Whether you're sitting,
Walking,
Or driving,
Your voice can be your anchor.
This practice is here to awaken your natural sound and one to flow.
You don't need to force it,
You just need to feel it.
So in this moment,
If you haven't already,
Take a deep breath in.
We will start with a few vowel tones,
Inhaling again softly,
Inhale,
Let it soften your center.
Taking another deep breath in,
Exhaling it out.
Our next vowel tone is E.
Inhale,
Let it out.
Feel it vibrate behind your eyes.
Again,
Taking another deep breath in from the nose.
We're going to end this practice with O.
Feel the depth of your inner power.
If another sound wants to come through,
Let it.
A hum,
A tone,
Even a breath.
Your voice is allowed to move freely.
In this moment,
As we come to a close,
I invite you to breathe in.
Feel the vibration still moving through you.
You have just reconnected with a sacred part of yourself,
The voice within your body.
You can return to this sound anytime because your voice is your medicine.
