Coming home to me,

A moving mantra meditation.

No need to close your eyes,

Just listen,

Breathe,

And be with yourself.

Whether your feet are moving,

Your hands are on the wheel,

Or you're simply sitting still,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to you.

Inhale,

I let go of the weight I cannot carry.

Exhale,

I return to the truth of who I am.

Again,

Inhale,

I release the pressure to be anything but me.

Exhale,

I am powerful in my present.

Let these words guide your rhythm.

I let go,

I come home,

I am whole.

With every breath,

Feel yourself settling,

Not shrinking,

Settling deeper into your truth.

Say it with me,

Or say it within.

I don't chase peace,

I am peace.

I don't seek power,

I embody power.

I am home within myself,

Right here.

Take a final breath in,

And carry this knowing with you.

I let go,

I come home,

I rise rooted into who I am.
