This is a gentle, voice-only audio designed to help you slow down and transition into rest. There is nothing you need to do while listening. You don’t need to focus, follow instructions, or try to fall asleep. You can simply let the sound of the voice be present as your body begins to downshift in its own time. This practice is especially supportive if your mind tends to stay active at night, if you experience looping thoughts, or if your body has difficulty settling into sleep. There is no music, no background sound, and no pressure — just space to soften. If you fall asleep while listening, that’s perfect. If you remain awake, your body is still receiving rest. You can return to this anytime you want to gently unwind, release the day, or prepare for sleep.
