Animal Reiki Grounding Exercise And Preparation

This is a recording of an ICRT Animal Reiki preparation and grounding exercise for students who have been attuned to ICRT Animal Reiki. This exercise is used prior to an Animal Reiki Session to support the practitioner, and if appropriate, the caregiver of the the animal to be grounded and completely present for an Animal Reiki session.

Welcome to All of Life in Harmony with Kelly Eden. I am a mystic and spiritual guide and teacher, Supporting you to clear out old, Outworn energy and patterns to create a life of peace and harmony within yourself and with all of life. Today, I am sharing a recording of an ICRT Animal Reiki preparation and grounding exercise for my students who have been attuned to ICRT Animal Reiki. This exercise is used prior to beginning an Animal Reiki session to support the practitioner and the caregiver to be grounded and completely present for the Animal Reiki session. Begin by taking some deep breaths. Invite Reiki to flow and guide your session today. If you are in a safe position, You can close your eyes. Otherwise, Your eyes can remain open. The Reiki light flows through the top of your head and flows down through your forehead. It continues to flow down behind your eyes, Your sinus area, Ears, Your nose and lips, Your mouth and throat. The light flows through your collarbones and shoulders, Upper arms, And down through your lower arms, Arms, Wrists, And hands. It flows down through your chest, Your heart space, Down into your stomach, Neck, And your pelvis. See the Reiki light flow through your hips, Upper legs, Thighs, Down into your knees, Hips, Lower legs, Ankles, And down to the bottoms of your feet. You feel the bottoms of your feet are firmly on the ground and connected with the earth. Imagine now roots growing from the bottoms of your feet, Deep into the earth. The earth's energy now flows up through the roots, Up into your feet and legs, Up through your abdomen, Your chest, Your throat, And out through the top of your head. The light from above and the light of the earth fill your body completely. Your body is stable, Centered, And grounded. Take as long as you like, And when you are ready, Bring your attention to your eyes. Slowly open your eyes, And return. Now check in with your body, And that of your animal's caregiver, If appropriate. Do you like it? Do you both feel grounded and centered? If so, You are ready to begin the animal Reiki session.
