Animal Reiki Whole Body Awareness Mediation And Preparation

This is an ICRT Animal Reiki whole body preparation for students who have been attuned to ICRT Animal Reiki. This meditation is done to prepare the practitioner prior to beginning an Animal Reiki session to support them to be grounded and in tune to the more subtle energy between them and the earth and animals.

Welcome to All of Life in Harmony with Kelly Eden. I am a mystic and spiritual guide and teacher, Supporting you to clear out old outworn energy and patterns to create a life of peace and harmony within yourself and all of life. Today, I am sharing a recording of an ICRT Animal Reiki preparation and grounding exercise called the Whole Body Awareness Meditation. This exercise is for my students who have been attuned to ICRT Animal Reiki. This exercise is used prior to beginning an Animal Reiki session to support the practitioner to be grounded and completely tuned in to the environment for the Animal Reiki session. Place your hands in gaucho and activate Reiki. If appropriate and safe for you to do so, Close your eyes. Take some deep breaths. Focus on your breath and listen with your whole body. Listen to Reiki. Listen to creation. Listen to the earth. The light of the earth rises through your body and flows through each chakra and out through the top of your head. The light of creation flows down through the top of your head and into the earth. Breathe the light into each of your chakras, Your root chakra, Your second chakra located in your womb, Your solar plexus chakra, Your heart chakra, Your throat chakra, Your third eye chakra, And your crown chakra. All of your chakras are open and you listen with your whole body, Your whole being to the earth and to the cosmos. Now listen to the quietest sound you can hear, To the quietest sound you can perceive. Listen in front of you. Listen behind you. Listen to your right. Listen to your left. Listen above you. Listen below you. Listen within. Listen to your heightened perceptions. Listen to your observations. Listen to your instincts. You come here to listen to the animals. You remember your light is beautiful like their light. Your heart beats in the same rhythm as theirs. You remember you too are part of the animal kingdom. Your beautiful human nature is revealed and you listen. Bring your awareness back to your breath. Breathe into this moment in time. Bring your awareness back right now where you are. Your awakened perceptions and heightened senses, Your instincts, Intuition, And heightened observations are revealed in your love and work with the animals. Now take as long as you like. When you are ready, You can open your eyes and come back into the room. If you feel you need to, You can repeat this exercise until you feel grounded in your awareness, Your total body awareness.
