The tree pose.

Come to a standing position,
The feet parallel and then bring your arms up,
Stretch your arms,
Your legs,
Your torso.
The fingers and palms are relaxed and facing each other.
Close your eyes and in focus of descending cosmic energy through the arms,
Lunar yin energy in the left arm,
Solar yang energy in the right arm and the accumulation of this energy in the area of the torso and to retain this energy in your structure,
Perform Ashwini Mudra.
Ashwini Mudra is the contraction of the muscles of the anus,
So you contract your anus muscles all the time.
We stay in this posture for a few minutes.
Keep focusing every time when your mind is going somewhere else,
Bring it back to the energy flow,
Cosmic energy descending this posture is getting challenging,
Exhale longer than you inhale,
A little bit more,
Keep contracting the anus muscles and that will do.
Slowly bring your arms down without touching each other,
Keep your eyes closed,
Attention focused to perceive the biomagnetic fields around the arms,
The discharging of excess energies from the palms and fingers and simultaneously note a subtle field of energy surrounding the body at the level of the torso,
Like a sphere just outside your physical body.
And now we use this energy for an act of self-love,
An act of self-healing,
So you can place your palms on a part of your body that needs energy,
That needs healing and focus that this energy is going into the part of your body,
