Welcome to this deep yogic relaxation.

You can lie down on your back.

Eyes closed.

Attention focused to perceive.

Your body soft and heavy.

Achieve a global relaxation of all the groups of muscles.

Note a condition of abandoning the physical structure on the ground.

We're coming now to the stage of gradual relaxation process in which we concentrate to perceive very fine vibrations,

Slight warming and the loss of the feeling of body outline at the level of the relaxed areas.

First,

Project your mind to the tip of the left leg and from down upwards begin the gradual relaxation process.

Note now the overall relaxation of the left leg.

Try to perceive the difference between the left leg relaxed and the right leg not yet relaxed.

Project your mind to the tip of the right leg.

Continue the gradual relaxation process from down upward.

Note now the overall relaxation of the right leg.

Project your mind to the tip of the left arm.

Continue the gradual relaxation process from down upward.

Note now the overall relaxation of the left arm.

Project your mind to the tip of the right arm.

Continue the gradual relaxation process from down upward.

Note now the overall relaxation of the right arm.

Recall the global relaxation of all four limbs.

Project your mind to the pelvic area.

Relax the muscles of the buttocks from down upward.

Relax the pelvic muscles.

Relax the abdominal muscles from down upward.

Relax the muscles of the back from down upward.

Relax the muscles of the chest and shoulders.

Relax the muscles of the neck,

Throat and nape of the neck.

Achieve a global relaxation of all the muscles of the face.

Now coming to details.

Relax the muscles of the chin,

Lips and tongue.

Relax the muscles of the jaw and cheeks.

Relax the muscles of the eyelids and eyeballs.

Relax the muscles of the eyebrows,

Forehead,

Temples and scalp.

Note now the overall relaxation of the physical body.

A condition of mental freedom floating.

Note the overall loss of the feeling of body outline.

Expansion of the consciousness into the vastness,

The infinite.

Fusion attuning between the microcosm of your being and the macrocosm of the universe.

Perceive harmony.

And slowly conclude now with a grateful thought.

If you wish,

Towards the creators of the yoga system.

Note the harmonious distribution of the received energies.

A feeling of deep internal calmness,

Inner balance,

Self-confidence and inner harmony.

And slowly come back more and more to your physical body.

Note a condition of increased inner energy,

Strength,

Vitality and willpower.

And now please come back to your physical body.

You can slightly move your fingers and toes.

Give your body a nice stretch.

And with this we conclude this relaxation.
