My name is Kate and welcome to this five minute guided meditation for manifestation.
As we begin,
Remember that manifestation happens when we are fully present and aligned with the energy of what we seek.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down with your spine straight.
Gently close your eyes and take in a deep breath.
As you exhale,
Allow yourself to settle into the present moment.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the cool air as it enters your body and the warmth as you exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to become more present,
More connected to the here and now.
Let go of any distractions or thoughts from the past or the future,
Simply be.
In this state of presence,
You are fully open to the energy of manifestation.
You are grounded,
Centered,
And ready to align with the reality that you create.
Now gently bring your mind to your deepest desire.
What is it that you want to manifest in your life?
See it clearly in your mind's eye,
Picture it as if it's already here,
Already yours.
Visualize every detail,
What it looks like,
How it feels,
And how it enriches your life.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself aligning with the energy of this desire.
Imagine that you are already living in this reality.
You are already experiencing the joy,
Fulfillment,
And abundance that comes with it.
How does it feel to have it already in your life?
Does it bring you peace,
Excitement,
Or gratitude?
Let that frequency fill your entire being.
With each breath in,
Allow yourself to resonate with the energy of having your desire fulfilled.
As you inhale,
Say to yourself,
It is already mine.
As you exhale,
Release any doubts,
Fears,
Or limiting beliefs that stand in the way of your manifestation.
Trust that the universe is aligning with your energy,
Bringing your desires into form.
Take a moment to mentally affirm,
I am a powerful creator.
I align with the energy of my deepest desires.
I trust that everything I desire is already on its way to me.
Feel these words resonate within you,
Deepening your belief in your ability to manifest.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a few more deep breaths in,
Feeling the energy of your manifestation grounded within you.
You are fully present,
Aligned with the frequency of your desired reality,
And open to receiving it.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Circle out your wrists,
Your ankles.
Take a deep breath in and reach your arms overhead for a long body stretch.
Slowly open your eyes,
Knowing that you already have set the energy in motion for your desires to manifest.
Trust the process,
Stay aligned with your vision,
And let the universe do the rest.
