Tonight's frequency.
Is 639 Hertz.
The heart frequency.
Associated with connection,
With emotional openness,
And specifically with the release of what has been held in the chest and in the throat across the day.
The worry that sat there quietly all afternoon,
The frustration that had nowhere to go,
The things unsaid and the things said that landed differently than intended.
Sleep is often disrupted,
Not by physical tension,
But by emotional residue.
The body may be physically ready to rest,
But the heart is still processing.
Tonight.
We work with that directly.
So I'll invite you to take a slow,
Deep breath in.
.
.
Down into the belly.
And breathe out slowly.
And bring your attention now to your chest.
Not to analyze what's there,
Just to notice.
Whether it feels open or contracted.
Whether there is a type sitting just below the sternum that has been there all day without you fully registering it.
Whether the throat carries anything that did not get expressed today.
Just notice it.
You don't need to understand it.
You don't need to resolve it or know exactly what it is.
The body knows,
And given a little quiet and a little space,
It will begin to release.
On its own.
With each exhale,
Feel that area soften very slightly.
Not forced,
Not effortful,
Just the natural release that happens when attention meets tension with kindness rather than demand.
The chest is softening.
The throat is easing.
The space around the heart.
Is opening.
Very gradually.
Like a hand unclenching after holding something tightly.
For too long.
Whatever is there does not need to be carried into sleep tonight.
It can wait until morning.
Or it can simply dissolve.
Into the dark.
The way so many things that have felt urgent in daylight.
Reveal themselves to be considerably smaller.
By the time the sun comes back.
Now let your attention move through the rest of your body.
Your body has been working hard today.
Not just physically.
The constant low-level effort of managing emotions.
Reading rooms.
Adjusting.
Responding.
Holding it together in the ways.
That the day requires.
An effort lives in the body.
In the jaw.
The shoulders.
The hands.
And in the belly.
Feel.
Each of those places now.
And with each exhale.
Just let them soften.
The jaw first.
Let the teeth part slightly.
The tongue resting.
Softly.
In the mouth.
The shoulders dropping.
The hands.
Uncurling.
Palms open.
Releasing everything.
That they have been holding.
The belly soft,
Rising and falling with each breath,
Easy,
Unhurried.
I want you to imagine a warm light sitting in the centre of your chest.
Not dramatic,
Not blinding.
Just a quiet,
Steady warmth.
The colour of candlelight.
The kind of warmth that asks nothing more.
And simply is.
With each breath,
Feel it expand slightly,
Spreading outward from the chest.
Into the shoulders.
Down the arms.
Up into the throat and into the jaw.
Down.
Through the belly.
And the hips.
And the legs.
The whole body warm now.
Held.
In that.
Quiet.
Light.
Safe.
The 639 Hz frequency underneath this is doing.
Wanted to us.
Working quietly with the heart,
With the emotional body,
With the parts of you that carry more than they are often given credit for.
You don't need to do anything with it.
Just.
Receive it.
Let the body be held by it for a while.
At the chest.
Be open.
The heart.
Easy.
The throat clear.
Of whatever it was carrying today.
Tonight.
You rest.
Completely.
Not just the body.
All of you.
Feel the weight of your body now.
The breath,
Slow the chest.
The mind quieter.
Every.
Passing.
You are drifting now.
Not asleep yet,
Perhaps,
But waiting.
Somewhere close.
Somewhere small.
And borderless.
Where the day has finally come.
Let go of you.
Yourself.
A little further.
There is nothing to hold on to tonight.
Just the one.
The dark.
And sleep.
Arriving.
Way it always does.
On the heart.
Is finally here.
At ease.
