A lifelong love of horses helped Kari Scott find the power in being present and mindful. Kari has been a trainer and learning designer in a corporate setting for years but now studies meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to help others in a different way. She teaches meditation techniques to help her students improve their daily experiences, mental health, and overall wellness. She also still works with horses and finds great value in how their natural energy demonstrates enviable balance in life and presence in space and time. She teaches mindfulness and meditation classes in Ohio, including classes where her students interact with horses to gain important insights about themselves and the power of presence.
