Closing your eyes,

Allowing your breath to slow down,

As you give the weight of your body to Mother Earth.

Feel yourself surrendering in to stillness.

Bring it in to your breath,

Into this stillness,

As your aura drops closer to the heart of the Mother.

Feel her colours,

Deepening your energy,

Soothing your body as you melt into the crystalline heart.

As you experience the vibrations of the songs of the Earth,

These vibrations too,

It soothes you.

As you drop deeper into the embrace of God,

As you spread out into her love.

As you feel yourself being strengthened as you be.
