After her own experience with burnout and depression from entrepreneurship, she turned to meditation and yoga which shifted her entire life. She is now the owner of her own company called, Just Embody, and created a program called Flow & Release where individuals reconnect with their body through intentional movement, followed by purposeful meditations. Hannah has a bachelor's degree in Community of Health Sciences with an emphasis on kinesiology, she is certified in mindfulness, Hatha, Vinyasa, & Yin Yoga.
